The female French team plays in the stadium of Marcoussis, the field is not very good compared to that of Saint Denis and there are not many seats.
According to me, rugby is FOR EVERYONE : girls AND boys alike.
The men's team of France is famous. You can see them a lot on TV whereas the women's team of France is never shown on TV or represented in the media. It is unfair because it deserves to be known just as much as men and boys. Men teams are often broadcast on national channels like TF1 whereas girls teams are only shown on cable channels like Eurosport.
I'm talking about how it's happening in France but this happens in all countries where there are national female rugby teams. You must think that there are not a lot of girl who play rugby very well but it's not true ! I play in a selection and we are 62 in Aude and Hérault so I imagine that there are plenty of other girls that are very good at rugby all over the world !!
I'm a girl and I play rugby !!!
I play rugby in GAOBS which is in Bize Minervois (a small village in the South of France).
I'm a girl and I measure 1m70 for 40kg so I'm not really strong but I play rugby as a winger on the 2 sides of the field. I'm not very strong but my team scores all its tries.
All in all, I want to say that rugby and sports in general are for everyone. It's not a matter of weight, size or sex!!!

The beginning:
In the the twelfth and thirteenth centuries:
troubadour women are less represented than men (460/20). But women are constantly referred to in the songs.
We count 2000 troubadours texts from this period but only 25 come from women.
In the baroque time:
Princesses are involved in music as a symbol of culture and
start to take lessons from the greatest court musicians. Born
from this situation, the idea of a musical art appears in the 18th
and continue until the the 20th century . The musical
education becomes an investment.
Today, how do you fit it in an orchestra when you're a woman ?
For a woman to access the
orchestral composition, choir orchamber music, you had to argue your talents of
performers on an instrument.
When could women start study music?
At the dawn of the 19th century, schools, academies,
universities gradually opened their doors to women, allowing
some artists, like Lili Boulanger, to get a Grand Prix de Rome
for composition and sometimes be world famous.
